The self-made entrepreneur started Monet's Boutiue with a dream and a leap of fatih. Although starting Monet’s was a huge risk that she was groomed to take, there are no mistakes when hard work and perseverance are the driving force toward success. Even in the midst of risk, there is a sense of confidence that Monet’s exhibits which demonstrates that Monet’s was not just another clothing boutique entering the fashion scene, but an entire brand that would change the way any other online or Instagram boutique is perceived.
Franchesca believes that all shapes and sizes deserve to feel and look fabulous! Monet's not only caters to the petite women in fashion, but also caters to the beautiful plus size community as well. Monet's Boutique is not only an online experience, but also a community for women to be themselves and a part of the conversation.

Franchesca has always had a passion for fashion and admiration for styling. Starting Monet’s and entering the market was no surprise because the face behind the brand, which is me, exudes, emanates, and believes in the brand on a daily basis. BREAKING BARRIERS
Women are constantly faced with influences over what they should look like and stigmas in the fashion industry. Thus, shopping for clothing that a woman can feel comfortable and confident in is close to impossible. Women should feel good about their purchasing habits and items and want to be seen out at events and feel luxurious and beautiful. Monet’s Boutique is a brand that is meant to promote inclusivity, diversity, and confidence for all women no matter the size. Women drive 70% to 80% of consumer purchasing, and yet their needs are the least fulfilled. Women have become increasingly educated and entrepreneurial, who are responsible for shaping buying trends. It is crucial that brands target women consumers with informed, researched, and data-driven approaches. Women will now feel a part of the decision makers in a brand with Monet’s Boutique. They will be uplifted and empowered when wearing our merchandise, when knowing they were a part of the conversation and product development. This will expand the brand in a positive way as many women promote brands through personal experience. Monet’s Boutique is selling a luxury experience allowing women to feel comfortable and confident in our merchandise for any outing and evening event.
